01. In the navigation filter, type sys_properties.list and press Enter.

​STEP A. Create role

01.Navigate to >> System Security > Users and Groups > Roles

02.Click New

03 Type name, for example “connectchat”

04. Subimt

STEP B. Setting property

01.In the navigation filter, type sys_properties.list and press Enter.

02.Search for the connect.role property.

03. Type role on the value field. Following this example “connectchat”….

STEP C. Rights

01. Navigate to >> System Security > Users and Groups > Roles

02. Search by your role, for example admin

03. Click on the Edit button, on the Contains Roles TAB

04.Search by “Connectchat”

05.Click Add

06.Click Save

Obs: Alternatively on the step B you can allow a list of roles able to access Connect using standard comma separated.

RESULT: John has ITIL role and hasn’t Connectchat role therefore he can’t see connect chat

Instead of John Albert has Access to Connect chat.
