02. Search by your role, for example admin
03. Click on the Edit button, on the Contains Roles TAB
04.Search by “Connectchat”

Obs: Alternatively on the step B you can allow a list of roles able to access Connect using standard comma separated.
RESULT: John has ITIL role and hasn’t Connectchat role therefore he can’t see connect chat
Instead of John Albert has Access to Connect chat.
