Create flow: Create or Update Configuration Item Record

Navigate to

>> All > Process Automation > Flow Designer

type the initials information

Add your tigger

Click “Add an action, Flow Logic or Subflow

In action, Search for “Create or Update Record”

In table name, search for your table, in this case was cmdb_ci

OR Just Select some “look up record” before

And finally, choose the field that you need to update
