Catalog item can’t “Cancel Checkout” and “Edit in Catalog Builder”
01. Navigate to
https://<Instance Name>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=%2Fsys_audit_delete_list.do%3Fsysparm_nostack%3Dtrue%26sysparm_query%3Dtablename%253Dsc_cat_item
To resolve this issue go to sys_audit_delete table and find the deleted draft record and undeleted those record.
